Walkthrough of the Genetic Jobchange:

Annotations:

The Cookie Bag you pick up from the Delivery Box won't be in your inventory
As for the Plant Experiment, once started the experiment choose: Crush - Heat - Put it into a Testing Flask and Shake -
Dip in distilled Water - Inject it into a Testing Seed (IRO-Version, might change for FRO). It might be that you have to repeat the steps several times.
The Poison Spore Killing Part implies that you kill 100 of them. Homunculus Kills don't count in this. You can leave the cage by talking to the sign outside. If you interrupt at this part and kill any Poison Spore somewhere in the game, you cannot complete this part !
You have to put the cart off before the final conversation to jobchange.^^
