Here's a video explaining the Jobchange to Warlock:

Important facts:

The Magical Stone Ring and the Magic Ring have to be equipped to get the special Item drops out of Bradium Golem and Naga on Splendide Field2
Be aware that the Quest-Drops are char-bound, so don't loot them if you aren't the one supposed to get them
For the Battle Part it's good to have Potions and a Phen-Clip (or equivalent)
Each Monster-Wave has to be cleared within 5 Minutes
